  • Do you accept insurance for therapy?

    Yes. As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), many extended health insurance plans cover our services. We provide insurance receipts after each session that you can submit for reimbursement. Please check with your provider for coverage details.

  • How long does therapy take to see results?

    The timeframe varies, but many clients notice meaningful changes within a few sessions. Therapy is designed to help you build long-term strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and personal growth.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • Is therapy confidential?

    Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our therapeutic relationship. We adhere strictly to confidentiality standards established by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Your privacy is our priority.
